# Buy with crypto

We covered **all the previous** steps [here](https://3blocks.gitbook.io/3blocks/use-cases/for-buyers). If you are a **crypto buyer** and you want to **pay with crypto**, here you are going to learn **how**.

**1 Select Coinify**

**2 Once Coinify is selected** you will have to **select the crypto/token that you want to pay with**. Depending on the crypto that you select, **you will have to scan a QR code or enter your wallet address** that owns that crypto. If you enter an address that does not have enough funds, the payment will fail.

For the purpose of this tutorial, we are going to choose **to pay with USDT. You can select it from the drop-down.** We will have to input our wallet address to pay. **We advise you that the best ways to pay with crypto are using USDC in the Polygon Network and USDT in the Tron Network.**

Once the **Continue button is clicked** the platform has to process the payment and check whether the wallet has the funds. **This will take a while** because all the confirmations are done **inside the Blockchain**. So you will have to **wait around 30 seconds**.

If you have the funds, the **payment screen will change** and you will see the **payment received message.**

Once you have waited for a while, the **payment screen will change** and you will see the **payment completed message...** Congrats, you have **finished the process**, and now **you own fractional real estate.**
